That article references android and IOS. I'm playing on desktop. There was a critical windows update on 6/9/18 so I think that did something to window 10 apps. I will just wait it out for a few more days since they are aware of the problem. Thank you again.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling candy crush soda and now I'm on level 1. I was on level 614. Wondering if a system restore would help

Was able to get on a few days last week and today. Now it's back to not letting me lay on my desktop. It is not my computer. There is something wrong with the game. Please fix this King.

I tried all of the above and it will not let me play on desktop at home or work. I can play on tablet and iphone only.
