Good morning, Pummy Raj! I did check for updates and there were none. Forgive my ignorance, how do we find our King ID number?

I have done it a few times, but this time it worked. Sort of. It took me to level 873, rather than level 917. Do I need to settle for this? Thank you for responding.

I really hope they answer us today. 

I believe he is saying that his piggy bank is frozen. The green spinning circle hovers over the bank. When we click on the bank, we get an error message, “oops something went wrong”. It is in red. 

I have the same issue. I followed the steps provided. There continues to be the spinning circle next to the piggy bank. Also, I have not received the daily prizes in a few weeks or so. I stopped playing. I don’t want to start from the beginning.
