It was a standard reply that says nothing. It is common for second rate companies to do this when they have no intention of taking your complaint seriously. The answer of course is not to give them any more custom and to post a negative review online.

I did the first challenge where you had to get 11 new levels which I did but no prizes were forthcoming. I have not even attempted this next challenge as it seems a waste of time. The chaos continues. What on earth is happening?

Well you will be in final then.It seems rather bonkers though. Not much of a competition. The leader in my small group has got 1200. Not atttempting to catch up because unable to play tomorrow.

Even if I could win the semi final I have appointments tomorrow so not available for filming or even playing much.
