  • Hey Yvonne, are you talking about the support chat that was here for a little while on King Care. I've never seen a chat function in the candy crush app itself? Maybe it was a trial thing as I haven't seen it for a while.

  • I recommend having a little clean up of both devices. Check you have enough free memory on the iPad, close all other apps etc. Then check the same on your mac, try another browser, clear the cache etc. I checked this level on my laptop for you and it's running fine :)

  • Hello Neide, I'm not sure I understand your post sorry. Are you saying that you have completed this level, 1125 and you didn't get your magic beans, or you didn't unlock the animals or something else? Did you try the level more than once? Let me know.

  • I've seen it happen before. I think that magic beans being a free in-game currency just means you can play again and get more as you progress, its unfortunate but like I said, it happens to all of us. Maybe a browser clean up will help, I'm not sure: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OESCE4Jj2tU

  • I haven't seen any other comments about this happening in the level. What exactly happens you use the frog twice, you didn't say, does the game freeze up or something like this? Check how full your mobile is (memory and Ram) as this has caused my apps to crash in the past.

  • I read your post again. From what I know, if you choose a booster at the start you only get how ever many you choose. If any more are to appear in the level then its the ones you create yourself if that makes sense.
