I'm not sure if its the same thing but I had the pop up and then it went away. I noticed later it was in my message inbox under a little trophy button. Check your inbox if this is the same thing. 

I'm glad I could help a little. If the game is slow this could also be related to a) how many browser tabs or programs you have open, so try closing them all and b) your Flash player (make sure its up to date on the adobe website) I hope you can resolve the issue.

I just Googled this issue as I've never seen it and its not related to the game at all. I don't think any of the levels require boosters to pass, I'm sure that's part of King's gaming. Of course that doesn't mean that using them won't help us. This level can be beaten as this player proves here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M1XMjE9aIhU

From what I've heard from other players, you don't get gold bars for the win anymore. Just boosters and unlimited lives. 

It says you don't have any more moves left so I'm guessing that the game early. You need to obviously beat the level using the moves you have and to not run out.
