Hey Charmaine, what phone do you have? Do you have a lot of apps open or is your phone full? These 2 things can affect how the apps on your phone run. Check also that you have the latest software for your phone :)

I haven't seen any other posts about the game not loading. Try closing all your apps and restarting your tablet. Sounds simple, but I promise you this solves a lot of issues. 

For me, I worked on getting rid of the cakes at the top as my main priority. This opened up the board to allow for more combinations etc. This brings the bears up and then I tried to get striped candies with the rest of the moves of course. Surely part of the game has to be the challenge, along with the feeling you get when you finally pass the level! Some levels are real difficult but I prefer that than it being easy to breeze through, I'd get bored way too easily then.

I'm not sure.. are you connected to the Kingdom in those games? I know that you have to be connected in order to get the profile etc so maybe that's the answer.
