I have seen a lot of posts about this issue on the site. The best recommendation I've seen is to head over to King.com. If you get an account there you can sync with Facebook, send out the requests, progress and then you'll be past the roadblock. If you're eager to proceed then it''s the best option! 

The app isn't designed to save the free boosters. I've found this out from updates/deleting the app. If you purchased something then of course you can get it back via the 'restore purchases' button but I've stopped saving up boosters now. Use them when you get them!

I guess maybe it's on both platforms then. I wish I could help you but I can only really say to wait and maybe they will update and arrange it. 

Do you have the latest update for the app on your phone? If you do then open up your Facebook app on your phone and go to the settings section. Here you will see Candy so click on it and it will open up the game and it should sync your levels. 

I thought they worked on King.com, well I see you have tagged King.com maybe you're playing on Facebook where I know it's an issue. If you can, then play on King.com because normally on there you can progress. How are you getting on? 

Do you mean that you're not getting the reward or the actual bonus? I just answered another player saying that I don't think its for everyone at the moment so maybe they will introduce it for all players soon. 

It's pretty easy to do Joni. On your mobile just delete the app like you would with any other app. Then restart it and this will clear the memory of any game info. Then on Facebook go to the game in the menu on the left and you when you hover on it you will see a cog, click on this and remove the game. Then again clear…

Hello John! It sounds to me like you need to update the app. Go to the app store for your device and search for Candy Crush. Check you have enough memory and then update the game. There are over 1000 levels so you have a lot of catching up to do! haha.
