  • There are a lot of levels where you can get the sugar drops, new and old. If King are changing the levels then you can still get some sugar drops of out the levels and you will just have to open up some new ones, ha.

  • I don't think its possible to go backwards. Now you have transferred your higher progress over to the actual King.com site you can't go back. The only thing you can really do is go backwards on the map and play through the levels that way.

  • I haven't seen anything about this level on the site. If the game is freezing, maybe check some tablet settings first? I would check the app is the latest version, then clear your phone cache and make sure you have enough memory. This should help the phone to run a little smoother.

  • Hmm, as far as I am aware it's not possible at the same time. You can connect to both individually to save your progress, see your friends etc but in the actual app its one at a time.

  • It sounds like you have logged into the Kingdom instead of Facebook. Open up the app and check. Click on the little crowns logo and if you can log out, then log into Facebook in the app. Try it

  • Have you tried to pass the level on another device, maybe on your Facebook account or King.com. I've seen on here that this can happen from time to time and I haven't seen a fix because it can be a number of different issues. But just a suggestion if you can play it on a laptop or something.
