In theory yes, since if the top two players were disqualified for any reason then of course King might choose you instead, however in practice you would have heard from them by now. They will already have made the final decision and are about to go public.

Hello @K9EarthLover Lucky Dip appeared in my game yesterday for one level and yes, it DOES use up one of your lollipop hammers. It just makes it more powerful, but you don't get the hammer for free, you use it up from your inventory! I'm not a fan of this. Essentially it turns a lollipop into a wrapped candy that explodes.…
