I play under windows on a laptop, so is not an apple computer. Please tell me how can i update my game without loosing the results i had until…

and how should i play the game if is not popping up? this is how it looks like: if i click on it, then instead of the games appears this: no possibility to play. i am not very experienced, i simply enjoy this game, i play for fun, so i do not know what to do
