How come when I play Candy Crush Friends on my phone I can see all of the ads, and get BOOSTERS for it, but when I play on my tablet I don't get to see the ads, and get my BOOSTERS?!!!

I love to play while I'm enjoying a cup of coffee, and I play until I run out of lives, I need more sucker boosters, I really don't know about the bars, cause I can't use them, and I won't buy any.
