Google Pixel 3, I log on through Facebook. I'm on level 1117, and never saw anything like it happen before.

It was not due to my device. The entire game wasn't frozen, I could have used a lollipop, and I was able to poke Misty and see her move. I also didn't have to force stop the game. I clicked settings and stopped it that way. I used the word frozen because I couldn't move any pieces, however it was still showing me what move…

Is there a way to unfollow this post? Or at least disable email notifications? My mailbox is ridiculous even without all of these notifications. 

Thank you! I only got the rewards for one of the episodes I finished, not the second one. 

My ID: 1031784635 I just passed level 1060, but had the same issue at level 1040, so this is my second completed episode without rewards. Additionally, after the last event, I got the message that I had all characters, but did not receive the new character. 

The bubble gum character was a reward for completing a contest.

Still says jam, not jelly. 

So.. only new levels with red jam? Which I don't have, since there's only purple jam at the level I'm at? Aside from the screen shot showing red, nothing specifies that it had to be red. A friend if mine just told me she hasn't gotten progress on any of these challenges either.
