I am so frustrated! I have to hold my iPad. The charger cable is in the way. I cannot efficiently use my iPad case with the stand. What were you thinking when you made this change? I tolerate it for CC friends, but this is AWFUL! Please change it back!

I had the exact same issue. I finally started a new acct but lost all my progress. I got a message to merge accounts but this only brought me to level 2, when I was on lvl 4 with my old account. I am growing frustrated with this game and this nonsense too!

@Kiara_wael, I am frustrated as King Community asked if I wanted to merge my accounts here. I had to create a new one as I kept getting locked out even though I never changed my PW. Now, I have been moved back to level 2 when I was on lvl 4. Can you help fix this please? Thank you.
