@Snow_Rider @Lynette and @Lady_Choo .. my game is not working. I've tried everything. I even reinstalled it again knowing I will lost everything. I don't know what's going on. I do have lots of gig and, my game was updated yesterday. I don't know what else to do. I even emailed customer service lots of times.

I did lose my community account too. It took me like forever to restore it. I couldn't login in just now too.

@Lynette . Thanks. My game is still not working even though Petopia is finished. I messaged the customer service and, as usual. They always say the same thing. I don't want to reinstall my game because, by doing that .I willlose everything.
