I've lost all my progress on Candy Crush Jelly saga

Is there a way I could restore my candy crush jelly saga? I was on level 230 or something like that and my app kept closing although everything was updated so then I turned my phone off and on and clicked on Jelly saga and it took me to level 1. I have no login details for it either and now I'm put off to play.

I also have a similar situation where I lost all of my progress from candy crush jelly. I think I may have signed into my old Facebook account instead of my current one by mistake. Unfortunately it took me back to the beginning of the game when I was just about to hit 200. Please help!!!

I was on a high level like 500 but when i formatted my phone i find my self on level 1 please help me

 I was on level 280  something  and just having the same problem.ive tried to connect on Facebook and Suddenly I lost all of my process ,back on level 1 !im freakin out!please help!
