I installed the new update and replayed level 820 but the game still won't let me access level 821. I have tried deleting and restarting, turning phone off and on, signed out and back in, and nothing! Help...

Could you please confirm which version of the app you have installed.
Go to General >> Usage, you will then open the Storage, a list of all installed iOS apps on your iOS device. Find the app and tap on it, you will open a screen with app version, app size, etc.
