Candy Crush Jelly is stuck on Level 100. The day timer resets each time I log out.

After level 100, the timer continues to state that I have three days left. Now, for three weeks. I also have 20 gold bars, but cannot spend them to release level 101. The game will, however, give me a daily bonus. I just can't get into the game! The game also posts that the "Store is not available"!
