Lost all booster and lives

I had reinstalled the app as it crashed but unfortunately have lost all boosters and life’s that’s really disappointing.My game is connected to fb I started from the level I had stopped but didn’t get my boosters n life.

@nilufarshaikh welcome to the community I’m afraid that this is totally normal as your level and any gold bars you have are saved to Facebook and your King account but boosters and lives are device specific. So any boosters you have when you delete the app will also be deleted. If the app goes wrong in future please try all other methods to fix it before uninstalling. It often helps to turn your device of and restart that. Enjoy your day kind regards Sharon

I had tired all the possible option but unfortunately it didn’t work..I am highly disappointed as I feel that I am punished for the app not working.I have been playing this game from very long time and currently I am on level 5369 it feels like I should stop playing this game n switch to some other game but this time definitely not a king game.Highly disappointed

@nilufarshaikh I guess if you are on level 5369 then you are talking about Candy Crush Saga and not CC Jelly saga you are on the jelly support page at the moment. If you want to check out the Candy Crush support area then click on ‘Games’ top left of the page choose Candy Crush and then support. My advice is stick with it as it’s relatively easy to build your boosters back up, we all have to do it if we get a new phone or tablet and they build up quicker than you think.Best of luck whatever you decide.
