Why can't I play the Royal Championship? (UNDER INVESTIGATION)

I play on my phone and IPad. Sometimes it only appears on one, not the other. This round isn't on either! Games have been updated on both. (Both are through FB). Any ideas what's happened?

We have recently noticed that this constant connection error problem is solved by simply turning off the Internet connection for a few minutes, when turning it back on everything works correctly.
I will be here for anything you need.

The last game wasn't there at all! Either on IPad or android phone.

It is that you have published in a thread the connection error and I assumed that you had that problem. So please tell me what's wrong with you. what is the problem?

The last round of RC didn't appear in my game on either my IPad or my android phone.
The last few times when it has appeared, it's only on one of them, not both.
Logging out, restarting, clearing my cache has made no difference.
The original Jelly game plays fine.

I have been trying yo get into the royal champion ship for about 4 hours and it keeps giving the error message "no internet" I do have internet, but it was down earlier to day. What can I do to fix this?

Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Start anew. Please clear the cache.

Hi there @khunmhom and thank you for your enquiry.
Please stay in the game, disconnect from your wifi/internet, wait for couple of sec to a minute, turn back on the internet/wifi, play a level, and check the RC under the event tab again to see whether it appears or not. You may also visit this thread to find some answers.
Alternately, do the standard trouble shooting i.e. log out from the game, restart device, wait for a least few minutes, log back into the game, play a level and check RC under the event tab again.
If it still doesn't work, it may be due to the game server issue or the event has been temporarily not available to you. It may re-appear after several days later, if not, then just continue playing and stay tune for any other events/challenges that may be introduced to you from time to time.
