I get a black screen and my game won't load, have been playing it for years and never had this issue. I am on a pc and using Windows 10. I could also use help with this topic please.

Dingdong22 same...I contacted King Customer Care via emal and all I got was the usual, clear your cookies, cache, update browser etc....I did all that and nada. Still doesn't work. I'm not going to waste anymore time on it.

I've been emailing them back and forth for a few days. About a week ago, I started getting a purple/pink block that was covering part of the board. Today, the game loads, then a black screen. Can't go any further. Anyone have an idea?

Just like other posts, my screen says it's loading only to load a blacked out screen. Your game is the only one doing this. I can play all my other games with no problem. I even removed your game and downloaded it again with no luck. Please fix the problem. Thank you.
