The same is happening to me. I get in the champion, start playing win the first game, be ahead in the 2nd and after last move the game goes blank and kicks me all the wat out. Then I get logged back in, lose a ticket, reward points got nothing this has been happening to me for about 3 weeks now. It's getting to be very upsetting.
Hope it gets figured out soon.

1) I don’t see what other features they are referring to. The other features are just the regular game that I have no interest in playing.
2) I guess the developers don’t care about making money. I am the type of person that will put money towards the apps/games I like. I guess they want me to put my money into games developed by other companies.
It sounds to me like the developers are alienating their fan base. It makes zero sense to me.
