Do you have a king account (email + password) or Facebook account to save your game?

In that case you can recover it, check out this guide:

If you don't have an account or have it but you fail to recover your progress anyway then your progress was lost. Please create a King or Facebook account.

Community manager can manually restore your last level

Please write here your last level and your game ID, which is a 10 digits number that allows your game to be located.
