I can’t send nor receive lives via Facebook. FIXED 👉 Update your game!

This is becoming a right pain ..... I ended up uninstalling and re installing as I was not receiving any bonuses etc, I lost everything and had to start the me from scratch... years of playing down the grid .... and now I can’t send to or receive lives from friends.... this ‘community’ is a joke... do this, so that , fix this, fix that and nothing works.. I just feel sorry for the people who have paid for things in the game over the years.... Ripped off, totally .... surely there’s someone, somewhere to report to ... ????

I don't see anyone in my "Ask a friend for life" list. I only have like 30 Facebook friends, does that mean nobody is playing the game (I know at least 2 who do) or what is the trick?

I play through king.com on iPad and still not receiving lives??

I’m not getting any lives through Fb friends, I couldn’t send lives until the update on 26th, now I can’t receive them. Followed all the steps previously mentioned. Playing on IPad, appreciate any help
