I am not a happy camper! I had a 6 game win streak and while opponent was being selected a message appeared that said a problem has occurred. When I tried again it said you have lost your winning streak! I had to start all over. These types of things happen frequently and I’m sick of it. Fix these issues. The issue is not on my end. My internet,etc is all working perfectly.

Sorry this happened to you. May I know what device and platform (game app/facebook) you play on? Is your game up to date? Latest version should be 2.49, at least for app

Very unfortunate and sorry about that please follow the above tips. I would just like to add that if you playing through browser try to clear cache / history also to make sure that your system is running in perfect condition.

Sometimes it’s also possible that you are unable to play these because you don’t have the latest version of the app or a stable Internet connection, or simply you’re not connected to the Kingdom or Facebook. You can also try opening the game, logging out of the Kingdom or Facebook, closing the game, then finally re-opening and connecting again. Some of these tricks may work for you.
If they don’t, it’s just a matter of time. You may not be amongst the selected group at the moment but soon you’ll be the lucky one to enjoy the new challenges as well as your friends!
