Winning streak disappeared!

I am not a happy camper! I had a 6 game win streak and while opponent was being selected a message appeared that said a problem has occurred. When I tried again it said you have lost your winning streak! I had to start all over. These types of things happen frequently and I’m sick of it. Fix these issues. The issue is not on my end. My internet,etc is all working perfectly.

Sorry this happened to you. May I know what device and platform (game app/facebook) you play on? Is your game up to date? Latest version should be 2.49, at least for app

Very unfortunate and sorry about that please follow the above tips. I would just like to add that if you playing through browser try to clear cache / history also to make sure that your system is running in perfect condition.

I have an android phone. It won't let me play at all on my Google Chrome on the Versus Game. Now I have the stupid no internet access and can't play it at all on my phone. It kept kicking me out before I just dealt with it. I cleared my cache and history, did the manual update. Tuned Wifi off and on tuned phone off and on now I can't play that part of the game plus no lives. I just keep getting no internet access try again later. Been trying since yesterday! Played 3 games got booted and can't get in.
