Level 2070 keep going in favor of the queen.

I need help with Level 2070. 

Every time it shuffles, it keeps going in the Queen's favor.

And my boosters keep going in the queens favor all the time.

I must have pushed the "Quit game" over 15 times.

Is this a level I have to wait until the computer gives it to me? 

Any ideas anyone?
