Please do the standard troubleshooting tips by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again.

If playing through web browser clear cache/history and try again. Try to play and complete a level as sometimes sync process takes a little time.

If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

@GarenceLee Hia nd welcome, Itsounds like your game may have become disconnected from the server and not synced your levels propperly

Please check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in and see if this solves your problem,
