    Hello, until 10/13/20 I was able to log into the mobile app in 2 separate emails and by the apple id. Now through the id apple error message appears and emails always log into the same account. When I click on a profile it shows the email I used but with information from another account (name, level and lives).

    What if I can’t connect to the App Store?

    If you can't connect to the App Store, this might be an issue outside King, but there are some steps we recommend you try.

    Then, check the Apple System Status page to see if there are any interruptions to service.

    If necessary, update your account by resetting your Apple ID password. Go to Settings > Your account > iTunes and App Store, then tap your Apple ID, sign out, then sign in again.

    Make sure your device is up-to-date and update the software if necessary.

    Check the date and time on your device, as you'll encounter problems if it's not correctly set.

    hello, thanks for trying to help. My problem is this: I have 3 accounts per email and one per apple id. When I try to log in to the mobile phone by apple id an error message appears and enters the last account logged in. And using the other three different emails, they all sign in to the same account (the last one logged in. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the game and already tested it on an android phone and the same thing happens.

    I can't sign in to other accounts since the last game update😞

    I'm aware that you are unable to sign in your game accounts in another device, which is Android and also noted that you have 3 emails. If you are unable to sign in the game in your Android device, there are 2 reasons, wrong email account and/wrong password. Please ensure you have entered the correct email that you have been using to sign in when playing the game.

    You may also post a screenshot of the error message that you've received when you sign in to the device and reply back so we have better understanding of your issue and provide a more accurate solution.

    Do try again and sign in and let us know the outcome. Hope to hear from you soon.
