I don't post or ask for support at all due to a lock of support, anyways it's the second time that I won a RC game at an error appears and erased the wining from record.I have paid for gold bars before and this type of errors that you guys don't fix makes me NOT want me to play or pay for your games this just happened on the last game I play before coming here to complain
@BeatrizV Hi and welcome.Sorry to hear this has happened to you again please check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this solves your issue. Also if playing via an internet browser also clear your browser cache
For any missing rewards
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

Hi @BeatrizV sorry you are having problems, I hope you have taken @Freddy_Falkner ’s advice and got in touch with player support at King as they are the only ones who can help with purchase errors. Please let us know if you need more help. You can also choose the ‘Royal’ option at the top of the page for all things to do with the RC to chat with other RC players.
