It happen with my aunts and they deleted totally the game because once they won more than 2 games the opponent win with no effort and they loose the streak

my aunt was on level 3451 and she was purchasing gold bar to get extra turns but she deleted totally the game after feeling like unfair

And one more to add whatever is your score in the arena games, the rewards are the same like I was the top one in the game and my score was more than 1000 and I received 15 gld bar and 6 hours map play

second round my score was around 500 and I received the same rewards after the calculation!

Look what happen, I won the game with 3 respective turn and suddenly I received a message that something went wrong and when I wanted to continue Its saying I have lost my streaks , how come?? Can you solve it pls

Total crap. Totally rigged. I win a game; “oops something went wrong,” and boom, they take away my wins AND give me a loss. It’s stealing money - plain and simple. They rig the boards and they steal from us.

It happened to me today just after a game loss!

This happened for first time to me! (after a loss)

It was the oops, something went wrong! message!

I continued and earned the 1 point of game loss!

Hello, My Aunt found a solution for "sorry something went wrong" message we received

DO NOT close the message at all, just close the game totally and close the app of it and re-open again I did it and it work

I wonder why this solution was not given to us!!!
