@Harrell Hi Again, Sorry to hear this has happened to you but as explained before in various posts. We cannot help you with missing rewards. you would need to contact customer support but as they are free rewards you may not get any joy. I appreciate this is frustrating to you, but you keep posting something we have told you we can not help you with

Only thing we can advise you is to keep your device and game up to date regularly

Besides, I don't know what the player is missing. In the upper screen he got 2 tickets for the championship and 2 additional points. Of course, you can't see that with the boosters in the lower screen.

He won the striped lollipop for the main card. Again, you can't see that in the lower picture because it's not for RC.

And two new liquorice blockers are credited in the lower picture.

I don't know what's missing. I think he got everything he won.
