    I'm sorry you have so many problems in the game. It would be nice if you communicated them in detail to technical support directly from the game. Keep in mind that technical support responses can reach spam, it is advised to check it.

    I did several times but am told it's a connection issue when nothing else in my house is affected so you explain to me why bother

    Unfortunately this can happen and it is important to keep your game and device updated. This will not stop this happening but will hopefully keep the amount of times it may happen to a minimal. There are a few things that can cause this to happen and some are out of kings control.
