My daughter and I use the same device to play with different emails and different accounts. Somehow this last week both of our emails open my account and we cannot access her account at all. How do we disassociate these email addresses again? I would like to be able to log in and play as myself and her log in and play as herself, not as me! How do we fix this?
Neither of those email addresses are attached to Facebook accounts! They are both email accounts that we used to make King accounts. I also use mine for email, but my daughter really doesn’t. Hers is really only used to play King games. So disconnecting FB wouldn’t help because neither of us has a FB account associated with those email addresses.
@j387 Hi and welcome, As far as i am aware Two king accounts do not get merged. Try checking your game and device are up to date and clear the cache from your browser or app store. log out and restart the device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue.
If not check the game ID for both accounts and let me know if they are the same or different.

I won’t be able to provide you with the game ID for both because when I log into either one, it takes me to the same account. That is the actual problem! It used to be two different accounts - different emails, different user names, different avatars, and on different levels of play with different gold bars/points/boosters... Now, when I log in with my credentials it goes to my account, and when I log in with my daughter’s credentials, it goes to my account.
I tried logging out and restarting my phone. I can clear caches, but if I cannot even log in as my daughter any more, I cannot find any of her account information.
@j387 Hi i am a little confused with this as king accounts do not merge or two facebook accounts they just connect to the wrong profile. For this you clear the cache or last resort uninstall remove facebook and then when you log back in the accounts should be seperated. Have gone through this many times with a lot of people
Accounts merge when one is a facebook account and one is a king account. then the facebook overwrites the king data and the king data cannot be recovered. So they then have to create a new king account to get there levels manually restored.
I do need you to clear the cache log out and restart your device log in with your account and get the game ID. then need you to do the same for your daughters account make sure you have logged out of your account. clear the cache , restart the device and then log in with her details and get the game ID.
Just for confirmation , they are both king accounts ?

They are both King accounts. Neither email address is associated with a Facebook account, so the situation you are describing with FB overwriting the info doesn’t make sense. I have a different email address that I have a FB account under, but it is not connected to these emails. I can try to do what you are saying and let you know, but what you are saying does not really make much sense to me. I have had three support responses from King - one being yours - that have given me advice related to FB, so I guess that is a common problem, but neither email is linked to a FB account at all.
@j387 Hi and welcome, Read your post and replies, i have only mentioned FB as this is the only way i know accounts merge.
As explained above two king accounts for what i am aware and helped a lot of people with this type of issue do not merge, but rather link to the wrong profile. Hence i am confused, but will get CM tomorrow to confirm this if you say the above does not work for you
