i am using facebook to play these games
Have been having a similar issue for some time. Have tried multiple browsers, on OSX and Windows 10.
I've had the same problem on Jelly and the same error Malters has and have tried all the same fixes, cleared cache, restarted computer and updated browser.
Thanks for your help! I tried again this morning, still the same, I'll keep checking.......
We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused Facebook Players! Facebook Version of the game is not working on a Majority of Laptops/Desktops and some Tablets/Phones.
The studio is investigating the issue, and I will update you once it is fixed!
You can continue playing the game on your Phones and Laptops by installing the app, remember to log in using the ID you were using on Facebook to sync your progress!

I'll wait for them to fix it, playing from my phone isn't an option with my arthritis and I don't have a current working laptop. I'm an older lady, so patience is nothing new, LOL As long as I know they are working on it, I'm good!
