I've tried to go to the discussion that headoperations linked to and it says "Discussion not available". I know you guys are working on the issue, this is the longest I have ever gone without being able to play and I have played Jelly ever since it came out. I'm bummed I'm missing my favorite game, but still trying to be patient. Thanks for trying, whoever is working on it!

Did you try installing the game from the steps mentioned in the Above Discussion? If not, you can try now! Or you can wait till I have any update to give you.
The CM is a bit busy right now, and I am contact with her and she with the Studio... I am not sure when I'll receive an update...

I haven't been able to get into the discussion you linked, it says it's not available. So no, I have no idea what installation you are referring to. I have tried any and all solutions discussed in this thread, though, to no avail. Still being patient at the moment. I can load Soda Saga if that helps.
