The waiting sometimes has to do with time zones, so rest assured I am onto it, I am just unable to give you a definitive time :0)

I have asked @headoperations for a bit of clarification and he is great with support and suggestions but is in a different time zone also.
I see you tried the pop up blocker and though it works for some, hasn't in this case. You mention logging on with your sons account is okay. Have you also tried clearing the cache and browser?
I'm not the one that logged on with my son's account. He's 29 and would never give me his password, LOL Here is what I have tried, I have cleared the cache and browser several times, I tried taking off the ad blocker that someone suggested, I have tried 2 other browsers, and I also logged off and logged back on to Facebook. I am on a Mac desktop and I use Chrome. I still get this screen after the game download screen. I hope this helps.
It's okay, I am fine to wait and see what happens. I've raised two kids, I have tons of patience. 😎

Thank you, I will check it all out, I have been a player of the Candy Crush and King games for several years and have really enjoyed them, but this is the first time I have been on the Community page. As far as being polite, my beautiful Mama, who I lost right before Thanksgiving, was a true southern lady and taught me well, that's the best compliment you could have ever given me. 😊 I have enjoyed talking to both of you!

Just for clarification, it's true, we reported this to the Studio some time ago, and the Studio was able to fix it.
That means, the game is working on Facebook now- if you can't seem to load it there, please try out these steps HERE.

The links are working now. My browser is up to date and rates 528 out of 555 and still no Jelly. 😪
