I'm conversing with support and currently running in circles as I have no idea what my original email and login are and probably don't have access to the old email that is years old. They keep asking me to put the old email into the "reset password" box and I literally can't do that and get a reset email. I have requested a reset using the email I use for Facebook, where I play the games, and get no reply. Hopefully we'll get it straightened out eventually.

Well that's a bit frustrating! I'm glad they replied though.
There is a "contact us" at the bottom of the page. It has a msg option. If you give the info you tried and where you're currently up to with the old email, they may the ones to help with syncing the new one. Maybe it's the Facebook part that's the harder part to trouble shoot.

That's who I am talking to now via email. I think they might have finally understood and given me a solution. I have to run my dog to the vet for a recheck from pulling some of her teeth a few weeks age, I will try it when I come back. I'll let you know what happens, thanks!

OK cool, my suggestion then is to click on the help centre and really read all things related to reinstallaton for windows etc and saving game progress.
See if it's something you would be okay with, if not, then we'll work out where to go from there. :0)

I had to laugh out loud when I saw you're sigh....There's one person who knows me well and when I do that, they know I've nearly exhausted every avenue too!!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🥰
On the flip side, in you, I feel I have found a kindred spirit! It makes my day to be able to speak to someone with your character. It may not sound like much to some but at 2:30 in the morning it makes a difference LOL
Hope your dog is okay and yes I hope the ID is the thing that makes all the difference. Good thinking 99 :0)
