I've tried to go to the discussion that headoperations linked to and it says "Discussion not available". I know you guys are working on the issue, this is the longest I have ever gone without being able to play and I have played Jelly ever since it came out. I'm bummed I'm missing my favorite game, but still trying to be patient. Thanks for trying, whoever is working on it!

I have tried any and all solutions discussed in this thread, though, to no avail. Still being patient at the moment. I can load Soda Saga if that helps.

The waiting sometimes has to do with time zones, so rest assured I am onto it, I am just unable to give you a definitive time :0)

I have asked @headoperations for a bit of clarification and he is great with support and suggestions but is in a different time zone also.
I see you tried the pop up blocker and though it works for some, hasn't in this case. You mention logging on with your sons account is okay. Have you also tried clearing the cache and browser?

2 · Helpful Woah! Sweet 2Love Haha@channie8, I think all the merging of this topic into one thread has created a small mess, and has done nothing but cause confusion.
Because of that, I’m not 100% sure what “installation” is being referenced to herein.
When anybody expresses issues while attempting play through Facebook, I’ve started recommending play through the app. In my opinion, errors playing through Facebook will likely take much more time to correct, because the error may be the fault of Facebook.
However, if any errors arise through the app, they likely would be corrected more timely
Sadly, this will not help @BatmomVA, because they are playing on a MAC desktop computer. There aren’t any versions of the app that are “officially” supported for use on a MAC.
A google search for “playing Candy Crush Jelly on a MAC” will provide results on how to “unofficially” play it via an emulator on a MAC.
Due to that being an unofficial way to play, it’s probably frowned upon here if I walked anyone through that process though.

He's 29 and would never give me his password, LOL Here is what I have tried, I have cleared the cache and browser several times, I tried taking off the ad blocker that someone suggested, I have tried 2 other browsers, and I also logged off and logged back on to Facebook. I am on a Mac desktop and I use Chrome. I still get this screen after the game download screen. I hope this helps.

Just for clarification, it's true, we reported this to the Studio some time ago, and the Studio was able to fix it.
That means, the game is working on Facebook now- if you can't seem to load it there, please try out these steps HERE.
