Made a purchase but never received my 30 coins

    Unfortunately I am unable to help with purchases directly here but here's a link below where you can get that sorted.

    However, I'm thinking you may be in the Farm game for the "coins" and this the Jelly Community. You can get to the Farm Community by clicking on the World Icon Arrow at the top right of your screen :0)

    If it’s you made a purchase, but did not receive your item, you’ll need to contact “Player Support” directly. I’ll help walk you through it. 

    Open the game. On the main title screen, click on the small “gear” icon found in the bottom left side of the screen. 

    Next, click on the “i” and this will open the welcome page of the Help Center. Scroll down the page, and click on “Purchases and Gold Bars”.   Then, scroll to the bottom of the screen, and click on “Contact Us”

    This is where you submit the claim to player support
