Check your device and browser are up to date, log out and clear your browser cache entirely. Restart your device and log back in and see if this resolves your issue
If not try using a different browser to see if you get the same result
Please note you are in the Candy crush saga forum and each game has its own forum. Will tag Jelly MOD @channie8 see if she knows of any issues
