Also which device are you on, what platform are you on - Facebook?
Have you tried the basic maintenance steps of clearing you game and browser cache? How's the storage on your device - do you have at least 2GB free? Are your devices and apps updated?
I know that's a lot to consider but these things are really helpful to know on our end please 😃
