Loosing levels and cold bars
When I'm plaguing Jelly championship it keeps saying Oops something went wrong and it knocks me back down I was at the last level a few times after using lollipops to get there, plus I pay for gold bars to play extra levels, it's so annoying, is there anything I can do about this as the tech didn't answer my email to them about it..

Unfortunately there isn't a lot you can do atm. It is one of things being looked into and there is a lot of Tech involved with the RC, as it's a game played globally, by multiple players and on different platforms.
Regular "Housekeeping" maintenance is always good to do regularly. Like clearing your App and Browser cache's, updating App and Device software, 2GB free storage on your device is recommended and having your accounts synced is also good.
