Same here with level 2285 I've tried everything but it just reverts back to this level everytime. Has anyone managed to overcome this problem?

The game reverts back to level 2285 no matter how far along i get. Ther path also ends here on the screen

I have the same problem, too.
The episode that has bamboo tree has the cloud and it doesn't go away when we scroll the map.

I haven't seen it in my game yet but I also haven't opened the game yet. I'll go check it out now. Do you have to clear the level in order to see it?

Lots of clouds blocking the way to Red Velvet Valley and it's loops! It looks like you can't click on level 321-325, 2286-2290, 4446-4450, 4746-4750? This is a serious glitch. Never sawn it before. Never seen it before! I know this glitch is so frustrating. So frustrating at all! 😡🤬

@Elsa some levels can not click as the cloud covers them, so we can't play it.
@zoocozade in case clouds are still there, you totally can't advance to the next levels more because you can't click those level pins.

This is what you can try to do today since the CMs won't be in until tomorrow. On your computer, take a print screen and click on the contact us located at the bottom of this page. It should come up with a pop up on the bottom right. Click on the "start a conversation/send a message" and explain what's going on with the game. They cannot tell the studio today because it's Sunday but they should be able to contact them first thing tomorrow morning. I assume that on mobile there should be a way to contact them too.

Out of frustration I clicked around the clouds and actually opened the next level. Once I defeated that one, it went the the next, and the next until I reached 325 where I could see them again. If this situation happens again in the future I will try this.
