Hi guys.

I am now playing CCJS on another device and I have a problem. All of my golden pins are gone! I had almost 590 golden pins, but I lost all of them and they are all at 0! And, I lost the 5 balloons from Allen’s airborne! Can you please help?

Can you please try connecting to your Facebook or King account, and restarting the app a couple of times? The Golden Pins should reappear then.

Just let us know please if they're still missing after having tried this, and we'll take it from there 😊

Thanks @Lola_Pop for hiding my email adress! Plus, I got it fixed. I needed an internet connection to restore my pins then play a level. I reached 833 now, found out 831 is super hard. Thanks!
