How is this even a thing?
I play this all the time.. especially VS. and, I finally won 7 VS. matches in a row and received 6hours of unlimited lives.. don’t lose the fact that I’ve spent $ on unlimited lives before.. and was really pleased to get this bonus.. BUT THREE HOURS IN.. I have to ask friends for more lives. Ready to delete the app altogether, and say farewell to the past time. All of your programming needs help. For instance, what do Maseru points do for anyone? Never receive tickets or rewards.. just get interrupted all the time with alerts, that lead to nothing. Suggestion: hire some people that can actually make your programming work. Thanks for the 6 (ne’ 3) hours of unlimited playtime. Great concept, less than poor execution.

Yes I agree that can definitely be frustrating.
Mastery points are related to increasing your personal ranking, not RC ranking.
Points are collected in the RC plays but also on the Main Board, from sending lives and even Allen's Journey. When leveling up in rank you will receive 5 free lives but only if the lives on the main board are empty, the same for RC tickets. Personally, when I can see I'm about to rank up, that is when I'll play the RC and use all the tickets. Then play the Main Board. That way RC tickets will be refilled and any lives replaced in the Main Saga Map. Timing can be helpful.
The 3 hrs lost rather than receiving the full 6 hrs, unfortunately isn't something we can deal with here in the forum, along with not receiving purchases. This can be dealt with through this link. Providing your Player ID, which device and platform you are using, screenshots and adding detail, is helpful and may provided faster assistance also.👍

Sorry you are having such a rough time :( However, some of the challenge of these types of games is for them to not be too easy. Just keep playing and having fun!
