Crash when trying to go down through the portal at Level 2026

I got the daily quests yesterday and was supposed to collect green candies. Unfortunately, this event came so late that I only had one level left on the main map. But there were no green sweets there. 

So I have to go looking for an old level and scroll down. Then it happened to me like with @Pitty_Kitty. Whenever I wanted to go through the portal at Level 2026, the app closes and I have to restart. Of course, I'll be back at the top of the map. 

It happens on Android mobile devices (Version 6.0 and higher) and also on Win10. 

I know the troubleshooting steps and have done them. I have the latest version, there are no updates. None of the standard bug fixes helped. The app still crashes when I want to go down at level 2026.

I know that @Lola_Pop has declared in the thread to daily quests that the error is being worked on. But I haven't found a discussion about tracking, so I'm opening it.

The team has just told me they've restarted the Daily Quests- can you please check if you're having the same issue now when you try to cross that portal?

This is interesting! I have not reached level 2026 yet, but I'll do soon!

Did you try to replay level 2025, win the level and then proceed to next level 2026 as the next level in normal row?

Maybe this method works! 😉

@Nikolaos_Prodromidis I can't get to the level 2025. I come from the top of the map. So I've already scrolled down over 2,500 levels by level 2026 (quite a bit of time). At Level 2026 is a portal where I would like to go to Level 2025. But it is precisely at this point that the game closes on its own and collapses, so to speak. On Thursday, so 2 days ago I could easily go to level 49 to fish for fish. 

I wasted a lot of time senselessly yesterday because I wanted to go back down to level 49 for the quests to collect a lot of green candies. 

So my problem is: I'm at the top of the map and can't collect candy colors for the quests because there are no or not enough. I also can't go down to the "good, colorful" levels because the game doesn't allow it.

@Lola_Pop I had an update for the game yesterday. Since then, the daily quests have disappeared. I played some older levels with my daily reward and two hours of free life, but the quests didn't reappish. I suppose it works again but I haven't tried it yet. 

If the quests come back (they did not appear even after the standard troubleshooting) I will of course test it.

I updated and did troubleshooting, the android app doesn't crash anymore and I can go through the portal but quests have disappeared.

My thanks to the Studio for fixing the crash 🙌

UPDATE: My Jelly Book is back and I can move through the portal again but no Daily Quest as yet :0)

I can scroll all the way down again and did it today. The crash does not happen again, so the error is fixed.
