As I understand, you are now out of your account and you cannot login! This is the reason that you started from the beginning!
I entered Jelly with facebook to see if I can help you somehow! (I normally play on mobile)! These are some general and useful information about playing in the fb platform!
So we enter like this:
Then our friends list appears:
All my facebook friends that play Jelly are 9!
You said that your list was empty! Then you hit the "settings" button! I suppose you mean this gear - like button:
When I press it I get only 2 options sound and music on/off:
But when playing a level there are 2 options more: Visit the Community and Quit level:
If you want to invite Facebook friends to play Jelly you select "Invite friends" It appears before you start a level:
Then the list of your fb friends appears and you select the ones that you want to invite:
A very important feature is your user ID! You can find it down on the screen:
You select "Find my ID" using your mouse and voilà:
You can right down your ID and if you ever have a problem, you can give it to us, so that our tech team help you in the best way!
Finally I have to say that I did not find any message about changes of policy, so I don't know what exactly it is.
I hope that you are going to find a way to login to your old account!
Otherwise, start a new account, 395 levels are many, but not too many.
And keep your user ID! 😉

Please inform us about the device you use, if you play on p.c. in facebok or if you play on mobile!
Also, if you play on mobile, how are you connected with King, with facebook or with email.
Finally tell us what did you accept?
I have to say that there is not any policy change as long as I remember! Your problem is something else and maybe we can do more if you give us the information I asked for.
I play on my PC. I choose Facebook IF IT asks me to log in. After all my friends NAMES no longer appear on the SEND LIVES REQUEST, i hit the setting button on my game. Somehow it to me to a statement that said King , or Candy crush, not sure exactly, said WE HAVE UPDATED OUR POLICY , ( or maybe PRIVACY Policy) and i could accept or deny, So i accepted, and it loged me out and i had to sign back in and it started over at GAME 1.
Any help you could offer me to recover my games , 395. would be appreciated .

all of the suddren, my friends list was back and all my levels??? I do NOT know what happened, but it took a few days and all of it came back. thank you for all your help .
