Lost my free turns on Level 5723

I had 3 people send me turns. I clicked on it and it never came up. This is the second time it happen. Anyone else has this trouble?

I was winning 2 out of the 3 rounds to get a chest....BUT 😕 then out of nowhere the finding a opponent wheel just kept spinning n spinning and then NO OPPONENT was found...and despite NOT playing I LOST my 2 wins and went back to 0!! I was like 😱...REALLY!??🤬😠😡😤🤯☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹

This is hard enough to win without the GAME cheating me!!!!!
