I get the hot air balloon, but when I go to play, it says there’s a new version, update now. But nothing happens when I try.

I had to go into my Google play and then my games and then update through there. Hopefully that helps!

Probably super old news, I had to go to my app store and select apps, updates were available and I updated Jelly. After that everything was fine.

I’m done with the game too. The last game I played my opponent went first and got 42 out of 45 on her first too moves and blocked me. Not fun. When a game makes me want to throw my phone it’s time to quit.
