This has been an ongoing issue for a long time I think, it’s one reason I stopped playing the RC as it took too long. I found that if you kept retrying about a dozen times that it would eventually connect. @khunmhom i hope you get some joy

My internet connection at home is strong, but Royal Championship won’t load. There must be an issue with the game. Please advise.

The same thing happened to me i paid for the unlimited golden tickets for the royal championship. Played maybe an hour it says no internet. Cleared cache, Powered device off and on, Uninstaller, reinstalled tried on different device. Same thing. It may not have been a lot of money to some but it is the principal. Very disappointed.

I'm still having that same problem, won't connect for been trying all day.

Also I've tried everything suggested and still no go. However I can play it on my tablet same internet connection but not on my Samsung. I've played ever s this game on my phone ever since it started,,until this morning when this issue started.

It still doesn't connect for me but it has no problem connecting to the store if I want to make a purchase. So its definitely not a problem on my end.

So this seems to be an issue with Samsung phones. I just updated the phone to the latest version this week. It sounds like a conflict. Are you looking in to it?
