1 · 1Helpful Woah! Sweet Love HahaYes, I am having that "no internet connection" as well with. My phone carrier connection is strong as well as my wifi connection. I was on it for a little while earlier, but when I tried it for the last couple of hours I keep getting that message.

I put in a ticket with Jelly support and they had me do a couple of things to try and fix it, I tried to copy and paste their response to me but the site says I need to have more posts before I can do that. I did everything they said except uninstall the game. I have too many boosters to lose to do that. I have been trying periodically trying to see if I can get back on, but to no avail. Something else is wrong, I don't know what, put in a ticket for support and see what they tell you to do. Maybe if they see more than one person having this issue, they will do something different.

This is the same thing that happened to me. My Samsung S10 updated the game and I wasn't able to get back on. I am able to get on the game with my Samsung Tab E. I emailed support and at first they told me to go through some steps to see if this was corrected but it didn't work. Several people are having this problem and now support is trying to see what's going on with the game as more players people are having this issue. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
